Now, real estate objects of the state and enterprises with state participation will be put up for sale at electronic online auctions based on the online order of the territorial divisions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, directly on the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform, approved by Resolution No. 18 of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 2022, in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation on the procedure for organizing and conducting electronic online auctions and competitions.

In this case, the territorial divisions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry send an online order through the State Assets Agency's "State Property" information system to put up for electronic online auctions of real estate objects of state and state-owned enterprises identified in the regions.

The online order is reviewed and studied by the territorial departments of the State Assets Agency within three working days upon arrival at the location of the real estate object.

If, according to the results of the study, there are no reasons to refuse to put up for online auctions of real estate objects of state and state-owned enterprises:

the state real estate object is transferred to the process of putting up for electronic online auctions;

the issue of putting up for electronic online auctions of real estate objects of state-owned enterprises is sent for consideration by the management bodies.
