According to the resolution, the following procedures will be introduced for leasing all types of agricultural land from March 11, 2025:

The period for publishing a notice on conducting an electronic online auction will be reduced from 15 days to 5 days, and in repeated auctions - from 5 days to 1 day;

If an application is received from only one applicant in repeated auctions, he will be offered to voluntarily purchase the lot at the price announced at this auction;

From April 1, 2025, the procedure for paying installments for the right to lease a land plot at auctions and providing discounts upon full payment will be canceled, it was determined that these payments must be paid in full within 15 working days.

In 2025-2026, an average of 10-20 percent of the total area of ​​agricultural land put up for auction will be put up for auction with the condition of planting fodder crops for livestock.
