New opportunities have been created on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The opportunities for providing public services to citizens and business entities through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan — my.gov.uz (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) have further expanded.
Now, a separate "Privatization" direction has been launched within the "Real Estate" sector of the Portal. Also, the ability to view and download state-style orders and certificates issued by the State Assets Agency in electronic form has been introduced.

The State Assets Agency provides the following 7 services in this area:
Privatization of land plots - conversion of land plots belonging to citizens and legal entities on the basis of the right of permanent use (possession), lease or inheritance for life into private property.
Placing an order for privatization of state property objects - starting the process of purchasing state property objects online.
Submission of orders and certificates on the privatization of real estate objects and state shares - obtaining official state-style documents.
Calculation of the initial amount of privatization - carrying out a preliminary calculation for the privatization of land plots not intended for agriculture.
Providing information on vacant state objects - viewing a list of vacant state property objects that can be privatized or leased.
Receiving a protocol on the victory of "E-AUKSION" - the opportunity to download a formal protocol for participants who won the electronic auction.
One of the most important innovations is that state-issued orders and certificates for the privatization of land plots issued by the State Assets Agency will be automatically reflected in the “My Real Estate” section of the personal account on the Portal.
This will allow:
