If these objects are sold on favorable terms, entrepreneurs will design and create jobs.
For example, if 20 acres of vacant land at the Andijan city endocrinology center and 30 acres of vacant land next to polyclinic No. 1 are put up for auction, the entrepreneur plans to build a 600-bed private medical center for $20 million. Or if the "Student Youth Center" in the Urikzor neighborhood of Andijan district, which needs renovation, is put up for auction, there are entrepreneurs who say they will invest $35 million and build an educational cluster with a kindergarten, school, technical school, and university for a total of 6,000 places.
The authorities were instructed to auction all vacant land and buildings.
"I strictly warn everyone - vacant buildings belonging to medical and educational organizations will be given only on the condition that their "profile" is not changed," the President said. The Prosecutor General's Office has been instructed to establish strict control in this regard.
