The State Assets Management Agency rose 2 places among state administration bodies in the digital transformation status ranking and took 2nd place.
According to the results of the rating assessment, which included a total of 91 state organizations: 44 state bodies, 33 economic bodies and 14 local khokimiyats, in the process of rating the status of digital transformation as of the end of the first half of 2025, the State Assets Agency took 2nd place among state bodies with a score of 22 points in the Transparency and Electronic Participation Index, 19.1 points in the Electronic Government Services Index, 19 points in the Information Security Index, 23.8 points in the Digitalization of Activities Index and 13.6 points in the Organizational Component Index, with a total score of 95.5 points out of 100 points.
A total of 18 state services traditionally provided by the State Assets Agency were fully digitized, and services were provided through the Unified Interactive State Services (my.gov.uz) portal and State Service Centers.
This year, the State Property Reporting Information System (“property.davaktiv.uz”) was developed and put into practice.
The official mobile application of the State Assets Agency “Davaktiv” was developed for iOS and Android systems and placed on the “App Store” and “Google Play” platforms.

The State Assets Agency's "State Property" information system was integrated with the information systems of 5 ministries and departments through the Interdepartmental Integration Platform of the "Electronic Government" system.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 54 dated January 31, 2025, the official website of the State Assets Agency was completely transferred to the portal of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the "Single Window" principle (www.gov.uz/davaktiv).
The process of formalizing contracts for properties sold through the “E-AUXION” electronic trading platform has been fully digitized, and the possibility of confirming contracts with an electronic digital signature (QR code) has been created.
The employees of the Department for the Introduction and Digitization of Information and Communication Technologies have improved their skills in the field and have received local and international IT certificates.
From now on, in order to create greater convenience for the population and entrepreneurs, the State Assets Agency will digitize new services, introduce them to the Unified Interactive State Services (my.gov.uz) portal, and improve existing information systems and databases.
