Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of work experience;
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles;
• Knowledge of legislation, regulatory legal documents in the business management system, and international requirements;
• Ability to manage the company's current operations within the scope of their authority, ensure its efficient and stable operation, organize cooperation among all structural divisions and staff, ensure profit at a level necessary for industrial and social development but not lower than the company's business-plan parameters, manage the development of the company's business plans and development programs, and organize and control their implementation; must have no criminal record.
