On February 5 at 3:00 PM, a briefing on open dialogue with citizens and handling citizens’ appeals was held with the participation of responsible officials of the Syrdaryo Regional Territorial Department of the State Assets Management Agency.
During 2025, a total of 118 appeals were received from citizens, including 20 during open dialogues (on-site receptions), 30 through electronic appeal platforms, and 68 in written form.
Out of these appeals, 57 were resolved positively, explanations were provided for 54, and 7 were forwarded to other organizations according to their jurisdiction.
