In order to create greater convenience for entrepreneurs, outdoor advertising and information objects (structures) are being auctioned online in an automated system. This allows for bidding without unnecessary hassle and without human intervention.

Also, another convenience of this process is that the passport of the advertising space for outdoor advertising objects (structures) and contracts for their installation are automatically issued to the auction winner in the form of a public offer
on the unified electronic trading platform of the “E-auction” electronic trading platform.

For information, the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for Digital Transformation and Outsourcing” under the Competition Committee is carrying out important technical and organizational work in this direction.
